Founded by two medical technologists in 2010
R&R Holistic Laboratory and Diagnostic Center first started in 2010 when two medical technologists set out to establish a clinical laboratory. Location mattered from the very first blueprint. To reach the majority of the province, we settled in the centre of Pampanga at G&P Building, Mac Arthur Highway, Sindalan, City of San Fernando, easily accessible to the major roads and expressways leading to nearby towns and provinces.
Today the centre humbly claims to be one of the most renowned institution-based clinical and diagnostic laboratories in the province, with a business registration that has covered the whole country since 2016.

From one medical technologist to a regional diagnostic partner

2010
The plan
Two medical technologists drew up the blueprint for a clinical laboratory, guided by Proverbs 19:21 and Matthew 6:33, and chose Sindalan for its access to the region.

2011
Fully operational
Classified as a secondary private, institutional-based clinical laboratory, running with one full-time medical technologist and one assistant. The vision was quality medical service that is affordable and available to many, without compromising reliability or accuracy.

2012
Restructuring, then growth
Rather than compete on size or longevity, the centre focused on its strengths. Mobile clinic services for manufacturing companies, HMO partnerships, doctor referrals, home services and manpower agency tie-ups were established, along with x-ray and screening drug testing.

2013
Automation and expansion
Following a transition in management and ownership, fully automated chemistry and hematology analysers were acquired, adding special laboratory procedures and faster turnaround.

2016
Nationwide registration
The business registration expanded from Central Luzon to nationwide coverage, and the centre gained the trust of locators and manufacturing firms inside Clark Freeport Zone, where foreign owners set high medical standards.

Continuing investment
Renovation of the centre, expansion of the facility and continued upgrades in the laboratory and radiology sections are ongoing efforts to give partners and clients more valuable service.
